PHITS Cycle offers you differing rates and services depending on how fast you would like to receive your products. Products are packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order. Occasionally products will be out of stock. The system isn't perfect and all we can promise is our best effort on your behalf to give you the best possible service. Some products like bikes, wheels, and shocks do require special shipping. In these cases you will be contacted to give you a shipping quote. In cases where you do not indicate a shipping level you will be contacted to clarify your shipping preference. If you need your product quickly please add this type of information to your purchase comments. Although you think we have extra terrestrial powers we don't. Your Products Will Be Shipped Professionally PHITS Cycle employees understand the importance of you actually receiving your products in good shape and are focused on helping you get using them right away. Shipping We can now ship to international as well as US locations. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our shipping. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. We cannot ship CO2 cartridges and inflators that include cartridges, or any volatile materials such as certain lubricants via air. UPS has historically had at least a 97% on-time delivery rate with our orders. If you must have your product on a certain day, please let us know, so we can make sure the proper shipping option is selected. Note that UPS shipping days are Mon-Fri only, so a 2-day air package shipped Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday. We offer a 14-day, unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
